LAPD West Valley officers spotted a gray 2019 Lamborghini Huracan with the driver asleep at a red light on Sherman Way at Reseda Boulevard. They positioned their cruiser behind the Lamborghini and initiated a traffic stop after a delayed response when the light turned green. Once pulled over, officers discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen, and the driver was wanted on multiple felony warrants.
Despite instructions to exit the vehicle, the driver vehemently contested, claiming he had rented the car. He then accelerated, reaching speeds of 113 mph westbound on Sherman Way.
