Compilation Shows the Strangest Things to Round the Nürburgring

As we all know, the Nürburgring is a hot spot for automotive manufacturers to compete. Essentially it has proven itself to be the benchmark for performance. If one can make a quick lap around the Ring, it could mean not only bragging rights over the competition but potentially more sales. This place allows a performance oriented machine to get a leg up over the competition.

However, it isn’t always high-performance machines from nameplates that we’ve heard of that round the Ring. Instead, just about anyone is able to put their machine on the track. As such, we have seen some pretty obscure characters making their way out to the competitive surface. Some of them are, well, less than competitive.

This time, we check out a video that takes a couple of minutes to outline some of the most obscure vehicles that have ever graced the surface of the Nürburgring. Now, I know what you’re thinking, it’s probably just some daily drivable cars and minivans that kind of find their way to be out of place. However, it gets a lot more complicated than that. Even the likes of vehicles like a moped and a package delivery van find their way to the racing surface. It’s all in the name of seeing how they can stack up against the competition. These drivers aren’t shy, either as they really send it!

To be completely honest, some of these vehicles really struck a funnybone. There’s just something that we find completely hilarious about an A-Team replica van squealing tires as it makes its way around the corner.
