Tesla Powered Honda Accord is Shockingly Fast!
When Tesla machines that made a strong case for performance began to make their way to the market, people watched very closely and really began to admire the performance, wondering just how far an electric car could go when it comes to battling it out with its combustion based opponents in all sorts of racing scenarios. However, if you’re anything like us, you know darn well that as soon as you saw a car like this hit the drag strip and start dominating that you also found yourself wondering if it was only a matter of time before something else would end up happening… Something a little bit more sinister.
Okay, so maybe I’m alone in this thought but personally, when I began to see just how dominant these machines could be on the track, my head started ticking and thinking when a combustion based engine would end up in a Tesla body or even more interesting, when this Tesla power would eventually end up under the hood of pretty much anything else. Well, the cars have been out for long enough that finally, they’re finding their way to salvage yard and people are getting their hands on these motors and putting them in pretty much whatever they choose. The options are endless, if you ask us.
If you follow along down the video below, you’ll be able to witness the rare feat of seeing what happens when the Tesla motor ends up in a Honda Accord. We’re not talking about the new or ones but rather an old school Accord that’s a little bit less recognizable to the common person.
It’s pretty interesting to watch as the car’s suspension looks to be set up like a sort of old-school gasser style car and when the driver lays into the throttle, well, the thing takes off like an absolute rocketship! It almost looks like a remote control car as it gets out of the hole with such ease. I bet that this thing is an absolute blast to drive and probably does its fair share of surprising people who try to line up with it!
