Testing The Ford Raptor’s Driving Modes in Johnson Valley
If there’s one way that you could say it would be sufficient in playing around and testing out the Ford Raptor to show the world what it can do, it would be to put the one and only Vaughn Gittin Jr. behind the wheel to go for a spin and demonstrate some of the features that the truck has to offer. With each and every rendition of the Raptor that comes out, we have to admit that we end up getting quite excited about what could potentially be lurking behind this off-road performance truck that comes straight from the factory, ready to go out there and take a beating.
In this one, Gittin hops behind the wheel and starts out slow, taking the time to explain to us all of the different modes that you could set the truck to in order to handle different terrain and styles of driving. Technology is getting so advanced that, with the touch of a button, different things like the transmission settings, suspension, and even the tune on your engine that tells it how to perform can be changed at the push of a button. It’s really amazing, especially with a truck like the Raptor that is designed to be able to handle so many different types of driving situations all in one package.
If you follow along with the video below, you know that you’re going to get the full scope of what exactly the truck has to offer as we see how well it will handle specific elements with certain driving modes. Gittin does a pretty good job of not only putting this truck through its paces but also describing to us each and every step of the way so that we can get a pretty realistic feel of what would be like to have control of such a machine.
