If you’ve ever sold a car, you can understand how the market can be. On both sides of the transaction, buying and selling, there are different things that you want to watch out for. As a buyer, you need to be on the lookout for a dishonest seller and as a seller, you want to watch out for the buyer who’s trying to waste your time, especially when it comes to selling a high dollar car or car with a lot of power under the hood. Not only will people be trying to waste your time as sightseers but, some of them might also be looking for a little bit of a joyride, on top of it all.

This is really an interesting dynamic to keep your eyes on because no matter how somebody looks, they can always be a potential customer. Even if you have an inkling that they may be wasting your time, it might be a better idea to more closely observe the situation instead of blowing them off. Just because somebody is wearing plain clothes and shows up in a car that isn’t all that great doesn’t mean that they are unable to purchase a supercar. However, as these car dealers learn the hard way, you can’t always judge a book by its cover. In fact, that would probably be about the worst thing that you could possibly do as car dealer these days because, NEWS FLASH, lots of rich guys don’t exactly look the part. In fact, some of the richest in the world have been documented as wearing something similar to what you could find in an aisle Walmart.

It seems like some of these places don’t even want to give him the time of day. As someone who has sold some high dollar and high horsepower cars, you can see why they would be conscious but the way that some of these dealers turn the guy down without a second thought or any type of courtesy is downright disgusting and it serves them right to lose the sale.
