Tonight at 8PM ET – “If You’re Going to Get Excited About a Season of Street Outlaws, This is the Season” (Here’s Why)
Get that adrenaline pumping because it’s time to get back to some intense street racing. Tonight, January 11, Street Outlaws will be back with an all-new season at 8 PM ET/PT. It seems like the crew from the 405 is headed back to the streets and via the words of Big Chief, we’re told that “If You’re Going to Get Excited About a Season of Street Outlaws, This is the Season.”
We have to say that the excitement is definitely brewing here at the Speed Society offices!
With a big portion of the list focusing on no-prep events and heading to the track, let’s just say that the list has shaken up just a little bit. Competitors that have really focused on the streets have gotten stronger and now that some of the bigger names are coming back into the fold with more focus and energy, things should get interesting.
One of our favorite parts about competitions like this is that everybody is constantly getting better. This means that not only are drivers getting better but combinations under the hood are getting more efficient as well. This means that someone can’t just sit at the top of the list and expect not to be challenged. In fact, with every episode, we find that cars are being improved and setups are being perfected so that the competition can be that much stronger.
What does this all amount to? According to Big Chief, he tells us that he’s pushing the limits in a variety of different ways that can be heard about in the teaser down below. He tells us that no matter what we’ve seen before, we’ve never seen anything like this. With that, we would probably recommend that drag racing fans have their television sets tuned into Discovery Channel around 8 o’clock tonight.
