This T-Mobile in West Palm Beach Pissed Off the Wrong Customer…
If you’re unhappy with your cellular provider, there are several options to get in touch with customer service. You can always call them, or go by your local service provider and talk to an agent face-to-face. When you’ve exhausted all your other options and still aren’t happy, apparently the next step is to drive into the office, literally.
While we obviously cannot condone this customer’s extreme reaction, we do have to assume he or she got the point across to T-Mobile that they have not satisfied their obligations to their customer in a satisfactory manner. It doesn’t really seem logical to handle what was likely a dispute over charges by ramming into the front of the store and making yourself liable thousands of dollars in repairs, but when you’re seeing red from anger you don’t always use logic. Perhaps this is a new form of road rage, taking out your anger on the building of the company that’s wronged you?
Regardless of the why, it makes for pretty compelling footage, so enjoy the carnage, unless you’re affiliated with T-Mobile in Tampa!
