The “Flying Millyard” 5 Litre V-Twin First Test Run

Most of the time, when you’re talking about a V-Twin engine, you think about a smaller engine used to power mostly motorcycles and sometimes some smaller equipment but this time, the concept of a V-twin is taken to a new level with a little bit of creative DIY engineering.

In this video, we check out not a small V-Twin, but instead a rather massive one that consists of 5 liters of displacement and is based on two aircraft cylinders amongst a whole collection of handmade parts all the way down to the crankshaft that really make this thing one of a kind.

When this thing is fired up, it most certainly does provide something that’s just a little bit different from what you’d expect to see out of, well, most engines these days. Let’s just say that with this creation, we’re able to check out a rather unique monster with 2.5 liters per cylinder!

Check out the video below that shows off the one-of-a-kind powerplant that would most certainly turn some heads should it be strapped up the motorcycle. It really leads you to wonder what exactly they’re going to do with this thing now that it is up and running.
