When it comes to modifying a car, it can be nothing short of a grind. At the end of the day, though, most times, it’s a labor of love. This means investing large amounts of time into a product that maybe not everybody sees the upside in. However, for the majority of us who turn wrenches, we aren’t doing it for anybody else. Sure, the byproduct of getting a nice comment on Instagram here and there might be gratifying. However, we do it all for our own personal satisfaction, at the end of the day.

This time, we catch up with the owner of a Toyota Supra that started out in not so great condition. Let’s just say that we might file this one into the “barn find” category. From top to bottom, the car had to be completely gone over. Every single nut and bolt had to be disassembled and evaluated. From there, we’re not too sure that there were very many original components that could even be kept around. This where things began to get interesting, though.

Normally, when we see a build series, it will span over several weeks if not longer. With something that’s this rough, the project can take even more precious time! In order to go over everything from top to bottom, the explanation can be quite extensive. This time, however, we get the entire extent of the extensive rebuild in a matter of just minutes.
