Lexus LFA Plays 10-Cylinder Symphony That Makes it One of the Best Sounding Vehicles Ever
In the world of supercars, there are definitely a lot of options. There’re plenty of awesome companies out there that are all putting out their best product with the aim of hauling in our money. Picking out the best option could prove rather tough. We’d say it’s a good problem to have, though. At the end of the day, there are so many spectacular options to choose from that it might actually be pretty hard to go wrong.
This time, we take a chance to check out a car that’s a little bit less common. Produced in 2011 and 2012, the Lexus LFA certainly isn’t a machine that we see every day. In fact, we would probably wager that most people haven’t seen this car in person yet even though it’s closing in on 10 years old.
With only 500 units existing in the world, this is certainly one rare beast. When considering the fact that some of them have probably met an unfortunate demise, the number is likely even less. Furthermore, many of them are probably stuffed away in garages as collector’s items. In other words, good luck finding one out in the wild.
With this particular video, though, we don’t need to go to the wild at all. Instead, we drop in on a little dyno session. Said session is certainly a treat for the eyes and ears alike. The 4.8L V10 provides quite the scream on its way to laying down some serious power. It’s hard to say that this car even sounds like a street machine as it almost parallels a note that we’d get from an F1 car.
By following along with the video below from EKanooRacing, we get taken to the scene of the action. This is one to crank the speakers up for. There’s something about a great exhaust note that can really bring a car to life. Let’s just say that this particular Lexus is really firing on all cylinders.
