Crew Extracts Car From Pool After Teen Launches it in
When behind the wheel, it can be a pretty quickly escalating situation when things go bad. It’s not all of the time that we have an unlimited period to react to what’s happening in front of us. Instead, most of the time, we are left to make a split-second decision that either send us in one direction or the other. As it just so happens, frequently, one of those directions can get pretty hairy and downright dangerous if we’re not careful
This time, we check out a situation that appears to have come on the heels of a wrong split-second decision. In the backyard of a Lakewood, Colorado home, we would check in with the situation that definitely isn’t something that you see every day. Behind the home in question, we would find an inground pool but it wasn’t just any pool. Instead, this structure had a car completely submerged inside of it. We’re left to believe that it had to come as a complete shock to the homeowners inside.
Reports say that the incident happened as a teen drove a car into the backyard pool on July 15th. Fortunately, nobody was injured in the incident but the police did issue a citation to the driver. They didn’t mention how exactly the teen driver managed to end up heading straight into a pool. However, we would be inclined to think that this is a story that the teen is going to tell for the rest of their life.
Down in the video below, we check out the portion of this sort of incident that not too many people get to see. As the cameras were rolling, a diving crew actually comes out and attaches chains to the vehicle in question to pull it back out of the pool and to dry land once again.
