If there’s one thing that we definitely know about the automotive industry, it’s that those designing the vehicles are always trying to stay on the cutting edge. As this industry is very cutthroat and competitive, every automaker wants to do that one special thing that’s going to help them sell just a couple of more cars. If they do things right, they might even end up blowing the competition out of the water.
In terms of how this competition is manifested in the real world, sometimes, we get to see some pretty interesting advancements. These days, it seems like the advancements are getting bigger and more technologically involved. Back in the day, though, we think that automakers got a little bit crafty with how exactly they put together their vehicles, and sometimes it made enthusiasts incredibly excited. Sure, some things like hidden second door handles or cornering lights might seem like something that could be easily done these days.
