Speeding Tank Crashes Directly into a Light Pole! Someone’s in Trouble…

If you saw a car running down the highway, losing control, sliding across the road, and taking out the light pole, it probably wouldn’t be a huge deal. You’d probably hope that the person inside was alright, check if they needed help, and continue on with your day as this is something that happens day in and day out as a regular part of society.

However, if you watched a tank roll down the road and do the same exact thing, it most certainly would be something noteworthy that you’d have to immediately run to the internet and post for everyone to see. That looks like exactly the sight that’s going on here from Russia as a collection of tanks rolled down the street, when all of a sudden, one lost control and plowed straight through a light pole.

 

From my vast experience and knowledge of the Russian language (aka Google Translate), a quick dissection of the video description told us that these folks behind the controls of the tanks were on their way to rehearse for a parade. Exactly what the parade was celebrating, we can’t be sure, but what we can be sure of is the fact that this person probably isn’t going to make it there on time. It’s probably going to be quite the awkward situation when this operator has to explain how he just put a war machine through a public fixture.

Check out the video below as the tank slides out of control across the road and does some damage to the nearby pole, even managing to knock out a power line in the process. Normally, this would be the part of the article where we start to talk about the people inside being alright but let’s face it, outside of some bruised egos, they’ll be fine because after all, they are driving a tank!
