As car fanatics, we all know that secondary to our list of dream cars comes a dream garage. At the end of the day, what good is having all these beautiful rides if you don’t have a great place to store them, maintaining their pristine condition, and having a little bit of space to spread out and work on them?

While people spend millions on cars, folks will obviously also spend millions of dollars in real estate as well, many times making a purchase with a massive garage space in mind just for that top-tier car collection.

This time, we get to take a tour of some of the world’s most impressive garage-oriented facilities that one would also live in, sometimes quite luxuriously. Let’s just say that some folks spend an insane amount of attention to detail and money when it comes to making sure that their garage is absolutely perfect. No detail can be left out!

In a recent feature by Ridiculous Real Estate, we got to take a behind-the-scenes look at some of these facilities. While we would probably picture most of the massive garage homes being out on a wide-open plot of land in the middle of nowhere, that’s not always the case. While some of these properties do feature an expansive plot of land, others are even apartment buildings. Just imagine an apartment with your own personal garage up in the penthouse. It exists!
