Farmtruck and AZN Work the Gate at Beech Bend Raceway
It seems like the dynamic duo of Farmtruck and AZN are always on the move. Whether they’re filming their show, popping up at a No Prep Kings event, or thinking up an entirely new idea, we kind of never know what to expect from them or where we might see them next.
This time, we follow along with the crew as they take a ride to No Prep Kings at Beech Bend Raceway Park. This race track tucked in the hills of Bowling Green, Kentucky is one that is well known for its history and unique layout. The fact that it’s directly next to an amusement park makes it a unique stop on the race track tour of America. Fans generally find that the facilities are among the best in the country.
In this video, FNA gives us an opportunity to take a look at the track in a different light. When catching up with the track manager, we get to learn a little bit of the history of Beech Bend which starts all the way back around the World War II era and continues to what it was like drag racing when the track first started doing it back in the 50s, and we even learn a little bit about the trend of race tracks disappearing and how this particular track manager plans to take all of that in stride.
After catching up with the track manager, Farmtruck and AZN are ready to hop to action. Down in the video below, we get to catch up with a couple of racers on the NPK circuit and join in with the fun as the duo operates the front gate for a little while, greeting and joking around with fans and really giving people a memorable experience as the action gets going at NPK in Bowling Green.
