Dually Goes Full Drift Mode Trying to Yank Massive Trailer Out of Sticky Spot
Being able to drive with a trailer on the back of a truck can definitely be a little bit of an art and a science. Let’s just say that those who are pretty good at doing this will probably admit that they have quite a bit of experience under their belt. These days, some trucks might have built-in systems to help you maneuver a trailer. However, everyone else has to learn the hard way, eventually putting together enough experience to the point where they know exactly what not to do.
Unfortunately, even those who do have a stack of experience might not always end up being able to maneuver their trailer in the exact way that they planned. Instead, sometimes there are some tricky factors in store that can make things all that much more difficult. During such a situation, even some of the more experienced people behind the wheel of a truck with a trailer attached can end up getting lost in a bad spot.
This time, we catch up with an individual who appears to be having a really bad day pulling his trailer. The triple axle trailer is definitely quite a large-bodied container to pull around. However, the Ford Super Duty dually hooked to the front looks more than capable. In any case, when attempting to back into a driveway that is surrounded by muddy roads, things got rather hairy in a hurry.
I’m in the video below, we watch as the truck simply struggles to get the job done. After getting that massive trailer ends up stuck, the person behind the wheel here is doing everything that they can order a yank it out. Unfortunately, though, all that wide-open throttle makes the truck flounder around quite a bit. When it gets to sliding, we almost expect the Tokyo Drift theme song to kick in as the heavy-duty combo lurches sideways violently.
