It’s Surprising How Easy it is to Blow up a Tesla With a Little Tannerite
Apparently, some of the creators are on YouTube have figured out a formula that seems to attract the eyes. When you take a brand new car or something that is highly sought after and destroy it, the clicks will come.
WhistlinDiesel seems to have been the first to really bring the idea into the mainstream. His list of destruction is long and includes hundreds of thousands of dollars in high-end rides. Recently, we also watched StreetSpeed717 literally burn down a brand new Ram TRX, a truck that could bring six figures for the right buyer.
One of the latest to get in on this emerging trend is that of Danny Duncan. In one of his recent vlog videos, Duncan took it upon himself to completely destroy a Tesla Model S. We’re not kidding when we say that he literally blew this thing into a million pieces.
For those who aren’t familiar with the pricing on these bad boys, buying one is going to set you back at least $69,420 as a base price. Duncan doesn’t exactly strike us as the type who would buy a Tesla without a couple of options so this one could’ve brought an even higher ask. Fully loaded, the price can wander up to $100,000 or so.
In any case, that isn’t going to stop Duncan from blowing it up. The way to get to such an outcome is actually pretty simple. Combine the car with a little bit of Tannerite and fire away. Upon being met with a bullet, the Tannerite will explode, sending pieces of electric vehicle absolutely everywhere.
Down in the video below, we get to join in on the chaos for ourselves. In the world of blowing things up for YouTube content, we can’t help but wonder what exactly it is that’s going to come next!
