Redneck Move! – Dude Drives Van Into Water to Launch Boat From Back
Let’s just say that the expression “Where there’s a will, there’s a way” definitely comes into mind with this one.
There’s something about getting out on the water that’s just so alluring that people go out and spend lots of time and money in order to make sure that they can get a boat to suit their needs. However, there are ways to get on the water that don’t involve spending a ton of money and can just allow someone to enjoy nature.
This time, we check in with an individual who appears to be ballin’ on a budget. Instead of going out and buying an expensive boat and trailer combination, he decided to ditch the trailer altogether.
Now, we can’t necessarily say that this method of redneck engineering is necessarily the most effective. In fact, backing your van into the water over and over again is a good way to promote a little bit of rust. However, that doesn’t seem to bother this boat owner one bit!
This time, we tune in with a scene from the boat ramp as this creative individual slides in an aluminum jon boat into the back of his van, backs the van down into the water, and allows the boat to float. The boat is picked up the same way as it is transferred back to wherever home is.
We can’t necessarily say that we would recommend trying this one out for yourself. However, if it gets the job done and helps get out on the water then why not? The only question that we have after watching a video like this is how exactly is this guy going to get the boat out of his van when he gets back home?
Does it just stay in the back of the vehicle all the time?
Where do the groceries go?
