187 Customs Updates us on Shop Truck – It’s Not Good!
It doesn’t matter if you’re a racer who is on the top tier of competition or an enthusiast who finds their way to the drag strip casually for test and tune days. Everybody who has a modified vehicle is going to face some sort of issue from time to time that’s going to try their patience when it comes to working on their vehicle. If you’re lucky, these issues will be easy to solve and won’t create a treasure hunt as you try to get to the bottom of it all.
Not everybody is willing to share these hard times, though, as some would probably rather hide them behind the camera and pretend like they don’t exist. However, when we see videos of the professionals having issues of their own, we feel a little bit more at home trying to solve those pesky gremlins within our racing machines.
This time, we tune in with 187 Customs as Phantom gives us a little bit of an update on the 187 Customs shop truck. Unlike the M*rder Nova which we see on Street Outlaws and No Prep Kings, the shop truck is designed to be more of a daily driver. However, that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t come without its share of issues here and there. I mean, when you want to go fast and modify things, pretty much every platform is going to have something to maintain every once in a while and Shop Truck is a Chevrolet Silverado that has been touched up in a wide variety of different ways.
With this particular rundown, Phantom fills us i about a couple of new parts like the heads and rockers recently installed as well as these so-called gremlins that he is attempting to chase down. With a mind like this behind the build, we’re sure it’ll get sorted out but it certainly can be a bit of a puzzle in the meantime!
