Farmtruck and AZN Load up a Shipping Container Heading to Australia
As the Street Outlaws grow and draw in more and more fans, we will all watch as their horizons open up even wider. With more viewership comes more money and that means that they can do fancy things like stack a bunch of race cars on a boat and ship them all the way across the sea to the other side of the world.
If you ask Farmtruck and AZN, though, they might tell you that this idea seemed like a bit of a farce. Sure, behind the scenes, there was chatter about this sort of thing for a little while. However, the idea just seemed too big and expensive to ever be something that would be profitable or that a production company would be willing to foot the bill for. However, fast forward and some of the fan favorites from the 405 are packing up and getting ready to go to the land down under.
This time, we tune in with FNA as they load up their old reliable Chevrolet C10 Farmtruck to go on that long journey along with nine other cars to compete in Australia. They even managed to save a little bit of space in the shipping container for their hot rod golf cart to make the trip as well.
Down below, we watch the process of loading up the Farmtruck and learn about some of the challenges that have come with this journey including a worker with the shipping company who couldn’t quite wrap her mind around the fact that this old orange beaten-up C10 that looks like it should literally work on a farm is going to be used to race alongside all those pretty race cars that she just saw get loaded up as well. Moments like this have to be what makes it all worth it to live the sleeper lifestyle.
