Call Out Accepted: Stevie Fast Has A Taker On His Radial vs the World Call Out!
Earlier today, Steve “Stevie Fast” Jackson posted a video in which he made an open call out for multiple Radial VS The World legends, along with any car that has ever been featured on Discovery Channel’s Street Outlaws, or as Stevie calls them, “Sesame Street Outlaws”. It didn’t take long for one of no prep racing’s biggest hitters, Texas native KenJo Kelley to take the bait, and accept his call out for the February 16th qualifying session.
Jackson who is known for the Legendary blown Shadow Mustang, which took flight at No Mercy 7, and was replaced with Shadow 2.0, the first ground-up pro mod style chassis built specifically for radial racing. Fast’s Camaro, with his signature massive blower with the butterflies that spell out his trademark “GAPP”, has been deep in eliminations in multiple races promoted by Donald Long over the years, and Stevie himself has been a fixture in the Radial VS the World events for many years.
KenJo Kelley Isn’t a newcomer to radial racing, having competed in NMRA and NMCA for years, as well as a couple of Donald’s races in other cars, but this is his first attempt at Radial VS the world. Kelley will be running an entirely new car and combo, but it is a potent one; a pro mod-style Mustang GT500 with a ProLine Stage Four 481X and Twin 94mm Precision turbos making a massive amount of power. Similar combinations have proven very competitive in Radial vs the World in recent years and, should Stevie stick to his guns and give KenJo the back tire as promised in his call out video, he may very well have his hands full.
Check back for more smack talk and call-outs leading up to Lights Out, which kicks off on Valentine’s Day, just two short weeks from now!
