Handmade Mini 4 Stroke Engine Packs a Serious Punch
When it comes to the internal combustion engine, it really is a beautiful thing. It takes complexity and simplicity and somehow combines the pair of polar opposites into one concoction. This concoction flawlessly powers billions of machines around the world today. Electric might be making a case as a power source. Combustion is still the tried and true as of now, though.
As a gearhead, we’ve all had some experience with wrenching on different kinds of engines. This time, we see a four-stroke engine being tinkered with. Instead of a full-scale power plant hiding away in an engine bay, we check out a miniaturized tabletop version! This thing is too cool to watch come to life!
It’s truly wild to see each step of the process as we check out the entire journey as the engine manages to come together. Piece by piece, we’re reminded of the real deal the entire way. We also get to take a look at the engine starting up and how exactly this thing manages to run like a top!
Check out the video below that shows us this truly awesome machine that we know took lots of hours and a pretty good amount of patience to pull together to get to its final form. Some pretty serious detail was observed in putting this thing together to make it a rather clean build. I guess the only question left to answer now is exactly what kind of machine this engine is going to be powering at the end of the day.
Also, be sure to tell us what you think of miniature engine builds like this and tell us what other kinds of power plants you’d like to see constructed! We could see a whole collection of different engines being shrunken down like this!
