Pressuring Washing 17 Years of Grime Off a Car is All Kinds of Satisfying
The grime build-up can be pretty nasty if a car isn’t taken care of. It doesn’t necessarily take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
Now, you may be one of those who is a little bit lackadaisical on car care. Don’t worry. We aren’t trying to call you out. We know that some folks are little bit more attentive to making sure that their vehicle is kept clean than others. However, we would be hard-pressed to find very many cars that haven’t been cleaned up in 17 years. Apparently, for this 1979 Dodge Aspen, that’s exactly what we’ve come across.
For a vehicle that hasn’t been touched in so long, it’s probably in about the condition that most expect it to be in. Covering every square inch, there is some sort of grime. In every crack and crevice, we find some other form of mother nature, whether it be leaves, sticks, or some other sort of debris.
Luckily for this old school ride, Dylan McCool has a pressure washer that he wants to introduce to it. His channel tends to focus on bringing old school rides back to life. This is no different.
Let’s just say that a little bit of pressurized water can certainly go a long way. In turn, the longer that this one goes on, the more satisfying the video becomes. The car obviously isn’t going to be perfect when all is said and done but a half-hour of pressure washing certainly cleaned it up a lot.
By following along with the video below, we can see quite the transformation happening in just a couple of minutes. If this one doesn’t make you want to go out and get a pressure washer to use for yourself, we’re not sure what will! The results here actually were better than we expected!
