Recreating the world’s earliest motorcycles, Harley and the Davidsons
As you can probably imagine, the aftermarket and OEM parts for the first motorcycles to ever grace the streets in the modern world are pretty much gone.
As you can probably imagine, if you were making a television show about motorcycles like these, that would make your job a bit more difficult, meaning that you are left to reproduce a bunch of them and you might have a difficult time doing so.
When giving up on having the bikes that don’t necessarily exist simply isn’t an option, what is one like to do? Well, this is where it’s time to get creative with matters and really get to the grind.
When making a set for the television show, “Harley and the Davidsons,” this task had to be carried out completely from scratch, re-creating period accurate bikes with modern day parts.
Check out the video below to see how they go about making the show as realistic as humanly possible. This is a tall task if I have ever seen one!
