Rolling Coal Now Illegal In New Jersey? Kiran Dhillon Reports on New Laws.
Many diesel truck owners will modify their rides to get better gas mileage and make more power. Sometimes, the byproduct of this will result in a little more black smoke than normal.
Others will abuse these modifications to make their truck roll coal for no reason other than putting on a quite obnoxious show, giving truck owners a bad name.
Recently, New Jersey has put a stop to all of the coal rolling, by putting in place a law that allows first-time violators to be fined up to $5,000.
