The Never Before Seen Ford Ranger Wildtrak Spied Alongside Ranger Raptor
While the automotive headlines might be drooling over cars like the Ford GT or other vehicles like the Dodge Demon, that isn’t to say that there aren’t other vehicles that we can get excited about. As you take a look through every single segment with pretty much every automaker, there’s a little bit of something to sink your teeth into as they come out with different variants of vehicles designed to carry out all sorts of tasks and do so in a more efficient way than they had before along with maybe hoping to provide some more comfort to the operator as said operator carries out the task at hand.
This time, we get to take a look at none other than the Ford Ranger Wildtrak. Basically, it seems like the Wildtrak is designed to be pretty much the ultimate small utility pick up. While the current version of the machine is fitted with a diesel engine that makes it great at what it does, it’s unclear if the same power plant will remain in the truck when it comes to the states. It seems like a perfect fit for the vehicle that’s designed to be a comfortable towing machine that has a lot of creature comforts to offer in one small package.
If you follow along below, you’ll be able to see some of the first shots of the truck in the wild as it was spied at a gas station in Michigan along with another vehicle that we are really excited about in the Ford Ranger Raptor. As you’ll notice, the truck takes on some more subtle approaches than the aggressive and radical off-road variant in the Raptor and looks to be the ultimate on-road counterpart to the off-road Raptor platform. It’s still unclear if Ford is just testing it here because they have the resources in the area to do so or if this means anything about them bringing the trucks to the States. For all we know, this could all just be a giant tease and America may never see either!
