When it comes to purely gnarly badass American Muscle, it’s hard to beat an Impala for the platform upon which to build your hotrod. If you really want that full effect, matte black paint and a monster screw blown powerplant will certainly go a long way toward that “get the hell out of my way” look and sound!

This 1963 Impala named De Gudfar, which is the Norwegian translation of The Godfather, showed up at No Prep Mayhem at Kansas International to put on a show and certainly accomplished that with it’s insane appearance and eardrum-wrecking engine at full song. The car is a favorite among fans thanks to its full steel body and surprisingly factory interior, both of which are part of the reason the car needs gobs of Brad Anderson powered torque on hand, as it certainly outweighs nearly every opponent it lines up against.

The car looked to be on a mission after an easy win in round one, but a sluggish launch in round 2 ended the day early for the Homewrecker Motorsports. However, you can tell by listening to these guys, they definitely had plenty of fun on the weekend despite the early exit from competition.
