“Tron Bikes” Come to Life, How You Can Get Your Hands on One

In this day and age, when you’re watching a movie, especially one with superb special effects, it can be really easy to get lost in the action that’s presented to you. Some of the props in these moves end up looking so real while also looking so incredibly futuristic that you might not be able to take your eyes off of them. One example of one of our favorite props from the movie that we would love to bring to life would be the motorcycles that were used in the Tron movie. While the movie itself might have not have been one that went over the best with critics, it’s hard to admit that you wouldn’t want to ride on those bikes for yourself.

If that just so happens to sound like something that you’d be interested in, a company by the name of Parker Brothers has come out with a way that you too can be able to get in on the movie action and take one for a spin and before you ask, no, it isn’t the Parker Brothers that you’re thinking of that makes all of the great board games but instead one that came out with a motorcycle by the name of the “Neutron.” Now, if you’re excited to get your hands on one, you might have to do a little bit of digging because, for the year of 2018, only 25 of them have been built in total. You can see how this rarity will generate white the demand and a potential lack of supply.

The starting price on one of these bad boys is $55,000 but with upgrades, you’ll find yourself knocking on the $75,000 door. One was spotted in an eBay ad down in Florida but didn’t generate any interest at a $65,000 starting bid this past summer. Maybe, if you keep your eye out, you can grab one straight from the manufacturer in 2019.

If you follow along down the video below, you’ll be able to see the Neutron for yourself and feast your eyes on the electric amazingness. While this might not be a bike that you’re going to want a ride every day, this would certainly be an interesting addition to the collection of just about any motorcycle enthusiast or potentially people who have fallen in the love with the movie, even though we’re pretty sure there’s no official affiliation between the two.
