Turbo Silverado Blows By NEW Camaro ZL1!
In this day and age, no matter what pulls up next to you, you should probably expect it to be at least a little bit fast. After all, just about everything from monster trucks to something as odd as a hearse and everything in between has been built in order to become something to be feared in a racing scenario and you really never know what the vehicle next to you is going to have under the hood when you both pull up to the line. This is a phenomenon that is especially true in this day and age when it comes to a pickup truck that maybe just a couple of years ago was designed to be nothing more than a workhorse.
In this one, we catch up with a truck that looks like nothing more than a typical Chevrolet Silverado, one that you might see a couple of, even on your commute to work. Outside of the wheel combination out back, you might not even think twice about it being a competitor in a drag race. Heck, we know tons of trucks that have similar wheel and tire setups but aren’t even really all that quick when it comes to drag racing… Sorry guys but it’s true! However, as it turns out, this truck has a little bit of snail-shaped secret hanging out under the hood.
If you follow along down in the video below, you’ll be able to see just how much good that snail shaped secret does. When the lanes went hot at Street Car Takeover in Atlanta, let’s just say that this gas powered turbocharged truck really made its presence felt as it even went so far as blowing by the likes of a Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, one of the latest generation if we’re being particular.
