Someone Already Built a Jeep Gladiator and We Can’t Help But Fall in Love
One move in 2020 that really has us interested is Jeep’s transition into the pickup truck market. With the Jeep Gladiator, the brand really is trying to make its impact on the light-duty pickup market. It almost seemed like there was something about the Gladiator that was hard to wrap our heads around. Personally, I was a fan of the design when it first came out. I think that plenty of people immediately hopped onboard. However, it seemed like some needed just a second to process why a Jeep Wrangler now had a pickup truck bed on the back of it.
Some might’ve been having trouble picturing this thing in a positive light. For those folks, we think that we might just have a solution. It turns out that the folks over at Peters Elite Autosports decided to take a new Jeep Gladiator and throw a couple of modifications at it.
As the result of a 2.5” Front Leveling Kit, 17” KMC Beadlock Rims, and 35″ tall tires, the Gladiator takes on a whole new look. It seems like the basic modifications almost entirely transformed the stance and proportions of the truck. Long story short, we think that most might just find it difficult to avoid falling in love with it. There’s something about the package that turns the Jeep into a complete dream machine.
Following along with the video below, we can get an up-close and personal view of the modified Jeep pickup truck. This might just be the beginning. However, we would say that Peters is off to quite the start with their modification of the Gladiator. It’s going to be incredibly interesting to see what customizers do with the platform as it grows in age a little bit. If it ends up being anything like other Jeeps, I think we’re in for quite the treat.
