Trucker Turns His Rig Into Real Life Mad Max Hauler
Sometimes, there are certain movies that just speak to us. The interwoven storyline is just where it starts at times, too. With a movie like Mad Max, we find that there were tons of hours and lots of money dumped into perfecting the set. With this, the designs that we saw pop up on screen really came to life and gave us the feel of what it would be like to live in a post-apocalyptic wasteland.
In fact, even though we know that such a wasteland would be a living hell, these movies almost make living in such a scene look appealing. While most of us probably would rather stay away from such a real-life scenario, that doesn’t mean that we can’t be inspired. This time, we ride along with one individual who does seem to have been inspired by Max Max or at least that genre of entertainment.
In order to bring this inspiration to real life, the canvas this time is a 2004 Freightliner. The semi-truck has a chopped roof and really shows off an angry look from every angle. Clad with sawblades, skulls, and chains, this machine is nothing short of intimidating. In fact, if the dictionary had pictures, we might even find this bad boy next to “intimidating” in the dictionary.
By following along with the video below, we get a guided tour of the theme machine. Inside and out, this truck really shows off that raw and rigid style that sort of feels like a medieval rat rod of sorts. It really doesn’t get much more menacing than this mean-looking ride. Best of all, this truck isn’t just for show, either. As far as we can tell, the machine is out there on the open road, delivering cargo on a regular basis to customers who are in for quite the surprise.
