Who needs a fire extinguisher when you have an airplane?
When it comes to getting the job done right, making sure that you have the best tools available will really speed up the process and make sure that no stone is left unturned in making sure that the objective at hand is carried out to the fullest extent of success.
In this one, we catch up with an accident on the Trans-Labrador Highway that has a grader and transport truck on fire after a collision. The blaze burns in what seems to be the middle of nowhere, probably a location that is inaccessible to your run-of-the-mill fire extinguishing equipment.
In order to simmer the burn and bring it to a halt, this particular fire department pulls out the big guns with an airplane that is designed to drop foam on the blaze to suffocate the flames.
Check out the video below that shows the astonishing feat of firefighting as captured on camera. Luckily, everyone in this accident was able to walk away from it. That’s all that really matters anyway, right?
